Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Fleeko. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

Fleeko is a platform that connects business owners with creators. Business owners can launch campaigns, find creators, approve content and take payments. Creators can browse paid opportunities, submit content and receive payouts. Fleeko provides the tools that enable these interactions but is not a party to the agreements between business owners and creators.

Fleeko offers payment and wallet features powered by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us and our providers to charge, hold, transfer and pay out funds as described in the Services.

• Fees for using paid features or campaigns will be disclosed before you incur them.
• Payouts are subject to verification and may be delayed to prevent fraud or comply with law.
• You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the Services.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. You grant Fleeko a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. When a creator delivers content to a business through a campaign, the rights transferred to that business are governed by the terms of that campaign.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Among other things, you may not:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or post harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
• Attempt to defraud users, manipulate metrics, or evade fees or payouts.
• Access accounts or data without authorization, or interfere with the Services’ operation.
• Scrape, reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law.

Agreements, deliverables and payments between business owners and creators are between those users. Fleeko is not responsible for the performance, quality, legality or outcome of any campaign, and does not guarantee that a creator or business will meet your expectations.

You may stop using Fleeko and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleeko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Fleeko in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Fleeko harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fleeko is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
