• Match business owners with creators and facilitate campaigns.
• Process payments, payouts and wallet transactions.

• Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.

Payments, payouts and wallet balances are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers. Your use of payment features may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

• Between users — a creator’s profile and submissions are shared with the businesses they work with, and vice versa.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, payment processing and support vendors who act on our behalf.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, or to protect the rights, property and safety of Fleeko, our users or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance and improve the Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Fleeko is not intended for anyone under 16 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
